A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, analyze project performance, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with project management software and tools.
