This role requires actively utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and to support seamless service integration throughout the project lifecycle. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to drive successful outcomes and maintain service quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery of services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues. - Contribute to the documentation and reporting of project progress and service performance. - Support the identification and mitigation of risks impacting service delivery. - Engage in continuous learning to enhance understanding of service integration practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. - Ability to apply standard project management methodologies and tools to monitor service delivery. - Familiarity with service level agreement frameworks and performance measurement techniques. - Capability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and support problem-solving initiatives.
