Must have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Product Designer, a typical day involves envisioning and crafting innovative digital or physical products from initial concepts through to detailed prototypes. This role includes creating physical models, two-dimensional and three-dimensional designs, as well as immersive prototypes and videos to effectively communicate product ideas. Throughout the day, the designer refines product concepts by conducting iterative user testing sessions, carefully documenting observations, and applying feedback to enhance both functionality and user experience. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the product meets intended goals is an integral part of daily activities, fostering creativity and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of product prototypes to align with user needs and business objectives. - Facilitate effective communication between design, engineering, and product management teams to ensure cohesive product development. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience in designing and developing prototypes using various digital and physical tools. - Strong skills in user experience design and usability testing methodologies. - Ability to create immersive and interactive product demonstrations through video and 3D modeling. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams. - Capability to analyze user feedback and iterate designs to improve product functionality and appeal.
