Must have skills : SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various teams to monitor application health and troubleshoot issues is also a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize reporting and analytics. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data warehousing concepts. - Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
