Must have skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Your role will require you to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure that the applications function optimally to meet user requirements and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Conduct regular system checks and performance assessments to ensure application stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs. - Strong understanding of application configuration and management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with software release management processes.
