Your role As a Mainframe Developer, you will work on core banking platforms in long‑term client engagements, contributing to systems that are central to the daily operations of major Nordic banks. What you will do Develop, maintain and enhance applications using COBOL and DB2 in IBM Mainframe environments Work on core banking platforms supporting business‑critical processes Participate in analysis, design, development and testing across the application lifecycle Collaborate with Nordic and international teams in long‑term client engagements Contribute to code reviews and ensure solutions follow best practices Support stable operations while taking part in gradual modernization initiatives Who you are You enjoy working with complex, reliable systems and appreciate the long‑term impact of your work.
