Full Stack Engineer Location: Bengaluru Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Build robust APIs, responsive user interfaces, and data-driven solutions using modern technologies including Python, while leveraging AI tools and Retail/CPG domain knowledge to drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full stack applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies (Node.js/Python) Build scalable, reusable UI components and integrate them with backend services Design and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js or Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, SSO) Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for efficient data modeling and querying Use Python for backend services, data processing, and API integrations Leverage AI-powered tools for development productivity, debugging, and automation Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, QA) for end-to-end delivery Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript Hands-on experience with frontend react framework Experience with backend development using Node.js and/or Python Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) Solid understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Understanding of application security best practices Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Good to Have Familiarity with AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code assistants) Exposure to AI/ML concepts or API-based AI integrations Experience in Retail/CPG domain (e-commerce, merchandising, promotions, inventory) Experience with data processing or analytics using Python Exposure to microservices architecture Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, Cypress) Understanding of caching (Redis) and performance optimization Experience & Education 3+ years of experience in full stack development Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience delivering production-grade applications 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
