Full Stack Engineer Location: Chennai Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to enhance client services and system performance in a cloud-centric environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and scalability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. - Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML). - Strong understanding of software development principles and full stack architecture. - Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Ability to design and implement scalable backend services and APIs. - Familiarity with frontend technologies and responsive design practices. - Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
