Full Stack Engineer Location: Chennai Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement technologies that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first and agile approach to deliver high-quality services that enhance client offerings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies to apply innovative approaches. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Database Management, Web Application Development. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using modern frameworks. - Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development processes. - Ability to work with cloud-based platforms and integrate services effectively. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
