Job Description
Summary: Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and public safety through innovative technology solutions. The Technology Analyst role is an entry-level opportunity focused on applying technology and analytical skills to solve complex challenges for federal agencies, while providing hands-on experience and growth in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Experiment and be an early adopter of emerging technologies and next-generation IT tools, including genitive AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing
- Apply frameworks such as Agentic AI to accelerate solution development and enhance decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technology-enabled solutions
- Support the design and delivery of systems/applications, dashboards, and process automation tools
- Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute to thought leadership in areas like digital transformation, data strategy, and responsible AI
- Use creativity and structured thinking to solve problems and deliver value to federal clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM or adjacent field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Economics, Public Policy, etc.), with graduation by August 31, 2026
- Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and innovation
- U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred) from a 4-year accredited institution
- Experience or coursework in business analysis, data analytics, or emerging technologies
- Familiarity with tools such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms
- Strong communication, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and apply new technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
