Responsibilities: - Manage and Support Staffing Resources: Effectively oversee and support staffing requirements - Open Roles and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with managers to identify and fill open roles - Compliance: Ensure compliance with program and HR policies and procedures - Data Management: Track and update information using Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power BI - PMO Power Tool Management: Manage and update the PMO Power Tool - Team Support: Assist the team lead in various tasks and responsibilities - Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Task Prioritization: Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency - Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role - Reporting: Report progress and updates to leads and prepare comprehensive reports for management review Required Qualifications: - Proven experience in resource management staffing and tracking - Proficiency in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power BI for data management and reporting - Strong understanding of how to manage and update the PMO Power Tool effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Keen attention to detail - Experience in supporting team leads and reporting to leads - Experience in preparing detailed reports Required Skills: Resource Management Staffing, Excel, Microsoft Word, Power BI, PMO Power Tool Management
