Responsibilities: - Produce and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule! - Analyze and interpret data within Microsoft Project to support project planning and execution - Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis - Maintain and update project schedules and resource allocations in Microsoft Project - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project documentation - Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data findings - Support the team with ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs Required Qualifications: - Proficient in using Microsoft Project for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking – one year - Secret Clearance - US – Citizen Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with data visualization tools, reporting software, and project management methodologies will be highly beneficial - Experience in analyzing large datasets, identifying process improvements, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences will help you succeed - Exposure to collaborative environments, where you have supported multiple projects simultaneously, will further enhance your ability to thrive in this dynamic role Required Skills: Microsoft Project, Data analysis Important Skills: Reporting software, Project management methodologies Nice-to-Have Skills: Data visualization tools, Collaboration skills
