Job Description
Summary: Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to supporting the US federal government to enhance national security and public safety. The Microsoft Project Data Analyst role involves managing and analyzing project data to aid decision-making and optimize project outcomes, while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule!
- Analyze and interpret data within Microsoft Project to support project planning and execution
- Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Maintain and update project schedules and resource allocations in Microsoft Project
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project documentation
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data findings
- Support the team with ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Project for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking – one year
- Secret Clearance
- US – Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, reporting software, and project management methodologies will be highly beneficial
- Experience in analyzing large datasets, identifying process improvements, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences will help you succeed
- Exposure to collaborative environments, where you have supported multiple projects simultaneously, will further enhance your ability to thrive in this dynamic role
