This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on achieving scalable and high-performance software aligned with business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team and across departments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards. - Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong expertise in financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing scalable software architectures that meet complex business requirements. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools to ensure quality and timely delivery. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
