This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive innovation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment where quality and performance are prioritized throughout the project timeline. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design. - Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions. - Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate diverse technical teams. - Competence in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives.
