This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position demands a focus on achieving scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team and across departments. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and drives continuous improvement to deliver high-quality software products that meet client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and adopting best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. - Ability to evaluate and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
