This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining high-quality code, optimizing for scalability, and aligning software performance with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to deliver robust and efficient software solutions that support organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align software solutions with strategic objectives. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business requirements. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
