This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of development practices are integral to maintaining excellence and driving innovation within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical strategies with organizational objectives.
