This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across different teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development activities, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database technologies and query optimization. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems.
