Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability. - Document application designs, configurations, and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs. - Ability to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Familiarity with database concepts and query languages to support data-driven application features.
