Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging processes, ensuring that the software components you develop are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights on best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft FED ReactJS. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
