This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with team members to ensure that the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and meet the evolving demands of the business environment. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal performance throughout the software lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and maintainability of the software by adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and event-driven programming within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and web services. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Lightning Web Components and related Salesforce platforms. - Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security, and sharing settings to ensure robust application design. - Understanding of deployment processes and version control systems in Salesforce development environments.
