The engineer actively engages in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to build scalable and efficient software products that align with organizational goals. Collaboration and continuous refinement of solutions are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that the delivered software is robust and adaptable to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. - Understanding of database management and query optimization. - Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
