Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical efforts with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI CO and other modules or external systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing financial workflows and reporting.
