This role requires engaging with various project requirements to develop solutions that align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand application demands and ensuring that the developed software meets the intended functionality and performance standards. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business environments are also key aspects of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document development processes and application configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Experience with component-based architecture and state management in web applications. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design techniques. - Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with asynchronous data fetching. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
