Your role requires continuous adaptation to evolving project demands and close coordination with team members to maintain high standards of performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Ability to optimize data workflows and improve data visualization for enhanced decision-making. - Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with various data sources and platforms. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business intelligence reports and data accuracy. - Understanding of best practices in data security and governance within business intelligence environments.
