Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment using AWS services. - Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. - Ability to integrate AWS services with custom software applications effectively. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools within the AWS ecosystem. - Understanding of best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance.
