Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments. - Experience with software development lifecycle processes including design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable and maintainable solutions. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in complex application landscapes.
