You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets client requirements and functions optimally. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to deliver high-quality solutions that address client needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency. - Engage in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
