Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in maintaining documentation and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Experience with component-based architecture and state management in web applications. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
