The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software components are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - should be able to communicate and articulate his/her thoughts in a clear manner - should be able to adapt in a fast-changing agile delivery model. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot - Good to have skills: Terraform, Redis, Caching and cache pool, Hands on experience on temporal - Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies. - Understanding of database design and query optimization. - Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines. - Expertise in Core Java, SpringBoot, Microservices - Hands on GCP experience and CI/CD GitLab pipelines - Experience low latency and high throughput systems - Nosql and sql DB :Good experience on complex queries and writing optimized queries - Excellent design skills to ensure application is scalable, robust , stable , reliable, and easily maintainable - Write system and Junit tests for the respective application. - Domain experience required in BSFI – Fixed income preferred. - Hands on experience in using AI tools like AWS Kiro Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
