Must have skills : Camunda BPM Good to have skills : Spring Boot Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application design and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM. - Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate, with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions. - Extensive experience with workflow automation tools like Flowable or similar technologies for business process management and case handling. - Proficient in Azure Cloud services for deploying, managing, and scaling cloud-based applications. - Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. - Good understanding of React as a UI technology, with experience in integrating front-end solutions with back-end services. - Skilled in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Agile development practices. - Adept at troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions as an individual contributor.
