This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and support operational efficiency. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions remain effective and relevant. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application configurations and customizations. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. - Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure application reliability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and workflows. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PM modules to meet business needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP PM applications. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
