The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of back-end development including RESTful services and database integration. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards. - Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery cycles.
