The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business objectives. Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer refines and enhances existing components to improve overall system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and technical approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and support complex reporting requirements. - Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and integration techniques within enterprise environments. - Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the development lifecycle. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks to deliver iterative and incremental solutions. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and system integration.
