You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to team discussions, and manage project timelines effectively, all while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in application design and development methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with software development life cycle processes.
