The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and validation. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Experience in customizing and extending SAP Master Data Governance functionalities to meet business needs. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes. - Ability to work with integration technologies and APIs related to SAP systems. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP MDG environments.
