Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and user experience. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems. - Good understanding of database management and data modeling concepts related to CRM applications.
