Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and functionality. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within enterprise systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing payroll-related application performance.
