Dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to leveraging technology to drive business success. We are seeking a skilled Technology Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of Customer Success and Customer Experience motions.
The primary technology that the Technology Administrators will be responsible for, in the short-term is Gainsight. This role will be responsible for managing and configuring the Gainsight platform to support our customer success and customer experience strategies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gainsight Administration: Configure and maintain the Gainsight platform based on established requirements, including setting up workflows, surveys, business rules, and processes as directed by leadership or cross-functional teams.
Feature Implementation: Execute the rollout of new Gainsight features, modules, and integrations as defined by business needs and under the guidance of senior staff or technology leads.
Data Integration Support: Ensure Gainsight s ongoing integration with other systems (such as CRM and support tools) to maintain data accuracy and consistency, troubleshooting integration issues as they arise.
Reporting and Dashboard Maintenance: Build and update reports and dashboards in Gainsight to deliver accurate insights into customer health and success metrics, responding to requests from business stakeholders.
User Assistance: Provide day-to-day support and training to Gainsight users, promptly addressing system issues, questions, or access needs.
Process Execution: Assist in implementing customer success processes and best practices within Gainsight, ensuring process adherence and identifying practical improvements for efficiency.
Documentation Management: Update and maintain thorough documentation of Gainsight configurations, processes, integrations, and procedures for reference and compliance.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technology tasks and projects, ensuring alignment with documented requirements and timelines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role.
