Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system performance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
