This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring that the application solutions align with business needs. The position requires overseeing the progress of development activities, addressing challenges as they arise, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to drive project success. The role demands a proactive approach to managing tasks and facilitating collaboration among diverse groups to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Facilitate effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders to promote transparency and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong knowledge of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales order processing, pricing, and billing.
