The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software features are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions remain robust and aligned with evolving project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications. - Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling to integrate front-end components with back-end services. - Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner. - Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
