Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development activities with overall project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Downstream Manufacturing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to manufacturing processes and software integration. - Experience in configuring and optimizing software systems to support manufacturing operations. - Ability to work with various software development tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Capability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve technical expertise in manufacturing software applications.
