This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating activities, and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals, and facilitating smooth communication among various teams to deliver tailored software solutions effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong experience in developing and optimizing code for SAP HANA environments. - Ability to design and implement custom enhancements and interfaces within SAP systems. - Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP. - Experience in working with database procedures and SQL scripting related to SAP HANA. - Capability to collaborate effectively with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
