The role includes designing tailored software applications that align with specific business processes and objectives. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that the solutions developed effectively address the intended application requirements, while maintaining clear communication with team members and contributing to the overall project progress. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Support the continuous improvement of software design and development processes. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Redshift, Python (Programming Language), GitHub, Scala. - Experience in designing and optimizing data warehousing solutions using Amazon Redshift. - Strong knowledge of database management and query optimization techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub, for collaborative development. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and Scala. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
