This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives. - Continuously evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Experience with designing and deploying integration solutions using cloud-based platforms. - Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture concepts. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
