This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the development process aligns with the overall objectives. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to deliver tailored software solutions that meet client and organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational priorities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong experience in developing and customizing applications within SAP environments. - Ability to optimize code and enhance system performance in SAP HANA landscapes. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems. - Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP applications. - Capability to work with database procedures, data modeling, and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
