Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with C++ Programming Language. - Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software applications. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
