Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on development best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components within SAP environments. - Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies. - Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability in complex business applications. - Experience in debugging, testing, and deploying software solutions in a collaborative setting.
