This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts, managing timelines, and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored software solutions that meet organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM). - Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within the ServiceNow platform. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues related to hardware asset management. - Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices in asset management contexts.
